The final evaluation of SUDEPII concerns 11 days' work in Mali, of which 6 days in the field: 6 villages and 3 Commune structures, as well as other partners and the administration. It also required a study of the NGO Mali Folkecenter.The SUDEP project aims at environmental protection in 3 Communes South of Bamako. It is therefore aimed at reinforcing decentralisation.
