The objective of the Review was to assess current programming and provide recommendations for the next phase of the Danida governance program including:

• The performance of current partners and the support modality,

• Strategic considerations for a new phase of the programme including prospects for continuing support to current partners and if possible suggestions of new potential partners - including considerations to support the promotion of exchanges and the building of linkages between relevant Indonesian and Danish institutions and organizations and future support to promote investigative/professional journalism,

• Flexibility of the program to also address other relevant developments in Indonesia and ASEAN within the overall objectives of the program, including more limited activities/projects that were not foreseen at the time of program formulation.
