The Framework contract 'Services for the Implementation of External Aid 2018' is a multiple framework contract consisting of 6 lots, running from 2018 to 2020. NCG is currently involved in lot 3, covering the following technical fields:

Lot 3: Human rights, Democracy & Peace.

Contracts under the Framework are short-term assignments with a maximum budget of 199.999 EUR. Requests for assignments are received from all EU beneficiary countries (Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East). NCG is continuously looking for new experts to complement our internal core team of experts in the following sectors:

1) Human rights, democracy and rule of law

2) Enhancement of the role of civil society

3) Local Authorities & Decentralisation

4) Migration

5) Conflict prevention and resolution, Peace and Security
