NCG has been awarded the contract for Review of DIGNITY: Danish Institute against Torture. The review is part of a regular oversight set out in the cooperation agreement between the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Danish Institute against Torture. The review comes against a backdrop of change and growth during the past decade.

The objective of the review is to analyze and assess the overall capacity and performance of DIGNITY’s work under the cooperation agreement with MFA in the years from 2015 – 2019. The review will include an assessment as to whether the recommendations from the review in 2015 and subsequent annual consultations have been followed up on to a satisfactory degree.

The team leader of this assignment is NCG Partner Theresia Kirkemann, together with Rehabilitation and Development Research Expert Helen McColl, and Financial Management and Programme Administration Expert, Mette Bjarløv, with QA from NCG Partner Frank Runchel. The assignment includes both home-based assistance and field missions.
