DIHR has a cooperation with the Office of the Prime Minister and in particular to the Minister of Relations with the Constitutional Instances and Civil Society. It is likely that the endeavours initiated by the former Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Transitional Justice will be continued by the Minister and within the framework provided by the Strategic Plan of the Human Rights Services.

DIHR has initiated the programming with and of the Services of the Minister as a first step towards a potential partnership. DIHR has also submitted a proposal on the formal establishment of a partnership for  consideration of the Minister. The consultant will carry out a mission to Tunisia in order to hold a workshop with the Services of the Minister for relations with Constitutional Bodies and Civil Society in order develop capacity in the HRBA to planning. The purpose is to ensure that the Ministry in charge of the National Development Plan and the Services of the Minister know about and can decide on the application of how a HRBA to the drafting (and implementation) of the National Development Plan.

The consultancy included
• Proposal of a workshop programme and facilitate hold a workshop on HRBA to planning on 5-6 October 2015;
• Draft a mission report including recommendations.
