Development of Community Health Project Cycle Manual for a private company

As part of its responsible business conduct, a European oil company (anonymous for privacy reasons) has decided to invest in community health projects in the communities surrounding its industrial investments. The projects are formulated in accordance with classic project cycle management methods and hence the logical framework approach. The objective of the consultancy was to prepare the practical manual for how to develop such projects based on standard methodologies and the relevant policies of the compa-ny.
Drafting of relevant sections for the community health project manual related to:
• LFA project development including problem analysis, objectives analysis, stakeholder analysis etc.;
• Reporting, monitoring and evaluation, incl. results frameworks, establishment of indicators (with links to the SDG targets) and principles for evaluation.
