The program works towards strengthening state institutions responsible for ensuring human rights. Through support to victims' organizations and civil society on key issues, the program also seeks to strengthen the capacity of civil society. The evaluation is based on the activities of the partners during the implementation, evaluating the strategy, systems, processes, methodologies, mechanisms, instruments, actors, roles, performance and its relations towards meeting the proposed outcomes and indicators formulated in each project. The evaluation is developed through a participatory, inclusive and effective communication with partners and stakeholders related to the theme of Transitional Justice Process.
