The purpose of the project is to evaluate a project that has aimed to support the conflict affected population by creating a safe and secure environment for the reconstruction of Libya Clearance of Explosive Remnants of War (ERW); Capacity building of national authorities; Prevention and reduction of armed violence; Protection of vulnerable groups and minorities. The team is currently assessing the relevance of the programme objectives, and of the projects for achieving the programme objective, which entails an assessment of the outcome of the activities and outputs of the project as well as the effectiveness of the different strategies in achieving the expected outputs. The team is also responsible for an assessment of the effectiveness of the organizational structure and cooperation in achieving the programme goals and objectives. Furthermore, the team is evaluating the sustainability of the different outputs/outcomes and finally making a record of lesson learned, challenges, success, positive or negative experience.
