Per is a development planner with more than 40 years’ experience from multi-sectoral international development cooperation. His key areas of expertise include regional and urban development, infrastructure services, private sector development, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental management, capacity development, and crosscutting themes such as HRBA, gender equality and good governance. His services comprise all phases of the project/programme cycle from identification to evaluation covering social, economic, institutional and environmental issues.

Per holds a B.Sc. in Civil & Structural Engineering and has worked for a number of agencies including Danida, Sida, UN, EC, WB, EBRD, ADB and AfDB. Per has acted as team leader for smaller and larger teams on many occasions and has held senior positions in both private and public sectors.
