Anders is a development practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in management within multisectoral complex organisations, as well as monitoring, evaluation, accountability, review, formulation, and project implementation on programs and projects. He has solid working experience with organisational and institutional development; organisational assessment; municipal service delivery; and capacity building and training. Through the years, Anders has had an extensive focus on Sub-Saharan countries and specifically conflict affected French speaking Sahel.

He holds an M.Sc. in Geology, and a Graduate Diploma in Economics, Marketing, Management and International Trade. Furthermore, he has more than 20 years of Vice-President experience with a large consultancy business in addition to substantial experience with development projects as a team leader on complex projects, a project director and as a quality assurer on large infrastructure implementation projects, as well as a project developer within the private sector.
