Dorte Busch     Dorte has more than 25 years of practical and strategic experience with development and humanitarian assistance and has undertaken a number of formulations, reviews and evaluations of agriculture, environmental, and business sector development programmes and projects as well as of humanitarian responses. Dorte has extensive experience working with community resilience building and community rights, including working with inclusion and non-discrimination, gender equality, and community engagement, and she has substantial experience with assessing and supporting civil society organisation’s capacity development. Dorte holds a M.Sc. in Human Geography and a M.SC. in Public Management and is a skilled facilitator and trainer.
