NCG has recently, together with their consortium partners Oxford Policy Management (OPM) and GOPA Consultants (GOPA), been awarded with the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group Climate Action Planning (CAP) Programme Technical Assistance Framework. Specifically, the consortium has been awarded with Lot 3 which accounts for the following cities: Kuala Lumpur, Quezon City, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

The C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group (C40) is a network of the world’s mega-cities committed to addressing climate change. Acting both locally and collaboratively, C40 member cities are having a meaningful global impact in reducing both greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) and climate risks. C40 brings together a unique set of assets and creates a shared sense of purpose. C40 offers cities an effective forum where they can collaborate, share knowledge and drive meaningful, measurable and sustainable action on climate change.

The consortium will provide technical assistance is following areas:;
Adaption,
Mitigation, 
Inclusive Climate Action (ICA), 
and Planning. 


In total there are 19 consultants in the pool of experts  under this framework agreement.

The experts will be divided into 4 teams: Adaptation, Mitigation, ICA and Planning and will provide serviced  for specific call-offs under the supervision of Team Leader Louise Grenier.
